CUSTOMER SERVICE

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • Basic Shipping and Carriers: If shipping is not specified, Classic Consoles will ship the most economical way. Classic Consoles uses both FedEx and UPS shipping carriers. Classic Consoles also can use your carrier shipping account number when shipping, if desired and specified.
     
  • Damaged Products: All products leaving Classic Consoles are thoroughly inspected before being packed by our shipping department. Any damage noticed when the product is unpacked should be handled immediately due to the need for timely correspondence between all parties involved in order to ensure that claims are handled properly to receive any reimbursement that may be due.
     
    Listed below are the ways that damaged product should be handled:
    • Original package returned with damaged goods and an information sheet listing the damage to Classic Consoles.
    • Refuse to accept damaged product from the carrier upon delivery. However, if the product is returned undamaged then additional billing will be applied for undamaged product being returned.
    • If the original package is discarded or destroyed, then the claim is to be handled directly with the carrier used. The damaged product should not be returned to Classic Consoles unless pre-approval has been granted. Classic Consoles can not always be reimbursed for damage during shipment if the items necessary for a claim cannot be obtained (i.e. original packaging), therefore this is the reason that the receiver is to file the claim. This statement also applies to drop shipments, but in certain circumstances, Classic Consoles may opt to assist the drop shipment receiver due to professional courtesy towards the distributor. However, Classic Consoles retains the right of deciding when this is the case.
    • Classic Consoles will not replace items that are due to negligence or carelessness on behalf of the receiving department, such as razor cuts of scissor marks made when opening the package. While Classic Consoles attempts to pack our product with this in mind, it is the responsibility of the receiving department to ensure product safety.
    • Classic Consoles will replace any damage caused by the shipping department but this must be validated by Classic Consoles to ensure it was the way the product was packaged which caused the damage.
    • In an effort to save the product if the damage is caused by carelessness, typically just on the lid, Classic Consoles can send a replacement lid for $10.00 plus additional shipping. This is a courtesy provided to our distributors with the economic aspect of the product in mind.
       
  • Delivery time: Allow 2-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days.
     
  • Shipping Origin: Cairo, GA (USA)
     
  • Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will be shipped together, if possible.
     
  • Tracking Number: Classic Consoles can provide you with a tracking number upon request, when your order ships.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Promptness and Packaging: All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in compliance with the policy stated directly above in the "Damaged Products" section. Classic Consoles reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with our policies.
     
  • Damaged Goods Return Authorization: Classic Consoles requests that you email or call prior to returning an item. We will then issue "return authorization" and will know to expect your item to arrive within a few days.
     
  • Incorrect Item Received: Classic Consoles will replace incorrect item and pay the return shipping charges. Classic Consoles will reimburse customer the standard shipping rate only.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express), check, or money order. Distributors may also request a NET 15, NET 20, or NET 30 account but it must be approved prior to purchase. See the "Distributor Policy" section below for additional information on distributors.
  • Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. All credit card payments are verified using AVS (Address Verification Service) to prevent fraudulent transactions by unauthorized persons.
  • Prices shown on our web site are in US dollars.

DISTRIBUTOR POLICIES

Professional Courtesy:
Classic Consoles upholds a high degree of professionalism and expects professional courtesy from its distributors. Distributors are expected to represent Classic Consoles in a respectable fashion when dealing with potential customers, as well as past customers. It is the desire of Classic Consoles that the end-user of our product is satisfied with his/her purchase and is pleased by its quality regardless of where it is purchased. Classic Consoles also seeks to maintain, without interference, the relationship between the end-user and the distributor while simultaneously making Classic Consoles available for use by both the end-user and distributor to ensure customer satisfaction. Classic Consoles reserves the right, as a benefit to the distributor, to represent the distributor if a customer of that distributor contacts Classic Consoles directly. In the same respect that Classic Consoles seeks to be represented in a respectable and professional manner, Classic Consoles also seeks to represent the distributor in a respectable fashion as a mutual business agreement that is geared towards customer satisfaction.

Distributor Accounts:
Distributors may also request a NET 15, NET 20, or NET 30 account but it must be approved prior to the purchase being made. Classic Consoles requests 3 credit references for all distributors interested in these accounts. Classic Consoles also accepts most major credit cards.

Requirements To Be A Distributor

  • You must request and receive authorization from Classic Consoles to become a distributor.
  • You must have a valid business license and appropriate Tax I.D. number.
  • Your first order must be over $500.00 excluding tax and shipping.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • Mistakenly posted prices posted on our web site do not obligate Classic Consoles to those incorrect prices. In such a case, the incorrect price will be immediately corrected at the earliest possible time.
  • When placing an order through Classic Consoles, customers agree to the policies stated within this agreement.
  • Classic Consoles reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
