Banner Guidelines:
- Banner must be 450H X 75W pixels
- Banner must have at least a 1 pixel border OR have transparent
areas set to rgb values of 120, 60, 60 (hex equivalent is #783C3C).
- Total file size should not exceed 15Kb.

These positions are limited to 10 distributors and are assigned by first come first serve.
